By engaging Ab Nahid Agency ("we," "us," "our") for web development, design, or related services, you ("client," "you") agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to all services including:
- Website design and development
- Full-stack web application development
- Next.js and React development
- SEO and speed optimization
- UI/UX and branding design
- WordPress development
- Maintenance and support services

Ab Nahid Agency provides professional web development and digital services:
Development Services
Custom websites, web applications, e-commerce platforms built with React, Next.js, Node.js.
Design Services
UI/UX design, Figma to code conversion, branding, and visual identity creation.
SEO & Optimization
Search engine optimization, Core Web Vitals improvement, speed optimization.
Maintenance & Support
Ongoing website maintenance, security updates, bug fixes, and technical support.
3Client Responsibilities
Successful projects require collaboration. You agree to:
- 1Provide Clear Requirements
Supply project specifications, content, images, and branding materials in a timely manner
- 2Timely Feedback
Respond to requests within agreed timeframes (typically 48-72 hours)
- 3Access & Credentials
Provide necessary access to hosting, domains, and third-party services
- 4Payment Obligations
Make payments according to the agreed schedule
Note: Delays in providing materials may extend project timelines.
4Payment Terms

Payment Methods Accepted
Late Payment Policy
Invoices due within 7 days. Late payments may incur 5% fee per week and project suspension.
5Revisions & Changes

- • 2-3 rounds of revisions
- • Changes within original scope
- • Bug fixes and corrections
- • Minor text/image updates
Additional Charges
- • Changes beyond agreed scope
- • New features not in proposal
- • Design direction changes
- • Extra revision rounds
6Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain full ownership of all content, logos, and materials you provide.
Our Work
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of custom code and designs created for your project.
Third-Party Elements
Open-source libraries and stock images remain subject to their respective licenses.
Portfolio Rights
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
7Confidentiality
Both parties agree to:
- Keep all project-related information confidential
- Not disclose business strategies or sensitive information to third parties
- Use confidential information only for project purposes
- Return or destroy confidential materials upon project completion if requested
8Warranties & Liability
Our Warranty
We provide a 30-day bug fix warranty after project launch for any issues related to our work.
Limitation of Liability
- • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
- • We are not responsible for third-party services, hosting issues, or domain problems outside our control
- • We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or business results
9Termination
Client Termination
You may terminate with 14 days written notice. Payments for completed work are non-refundable. Partial milestone work will be billed proportionally.
Agency Termination
We may terminate for non-payment, breach of terms, or abusive behavior. You'll receive completed work upon settling outstanding payments.
10Dispute Resolution
We believe in resolving issues amicably:
- 1Direct Communication: First, we'll discuss the issue directly to find a solution
- 2Mediation: If unresolved, we may engage a neutral third-party mediator
- 3Arbitration: Final disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Sylhet, Bangladesh
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
